A dynamic real estate company located in Wuye, Abuja, seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and exceeding targets in a competitive market.
Location: Wuye, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000 base
Other Benefits: Up to 5% commission on every closed deal and additional incentives when targets are exceeded.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct property showings and provide in-depth information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate property deals and close sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and property regulations to provide clients with accurate information.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
