Sales Executive – Stratford, East London

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and friendly service
• Promote and upsell tailored rental solutions to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage rental agreements, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Support daily branch operations, including vehicle coordination and fleet management
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects high service standards and brand excellence
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven interest or experience in sales and customer service
• Previous experience in direct customer-facing roles (service, tourism, retail, or sales preferred)
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed take-home of £13,941 annually
• Basic salary of £13,041.50 per year
• 6-month guaranteed bonus of £150 per month
• Uncapped bonus system with on-target earnings up to £24,000
