Job Description
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is seeking a Sales & Inventory Manager to drive sales growth while ensuring efficient inventory control across its outlet. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership with accurate stock management to support business targets and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and high productivity.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and storekeepers to coordinate product movement and stock control.
- Prepare accurate sales and inventory reports for management review.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and accountability measures.
Requirements (Instructions for Applicants)
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, inventory, or operations management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong sales and business development skills with excellent inventory management and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer use and inventory systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
