An innovative Edutech start-up seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive our sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for education technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) for sales tracking and customer engagement.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer outreach, including international markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role (Required).
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams (Required).
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot (Required).
- Exposure to international customers and markets (Preferred).
- Experience in the Education or Tech sectors (Preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce and direct booking platforms (Preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
