Location: Remote (Lagos, Nigeria) | Industry: Edutech (Start-up)

An innovative Edutech start-up seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive our sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for education technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) for sales tracking and customer engagement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer outreach, including international markets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role (Required).
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams (Required).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot (Required).
  • Exposure to international customers and markets (Preferred).
  • Experience in the Education or Tech sectors (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and direct booking platforms (Preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
