Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving revenue growth in dynamic environments? Join our team as a Sales Leader, where you’ll spearhead strategies to expand our market presence and build lasting relationships with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with large organizations, managing high-value contracts and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to drive long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience in high-revenue environments.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience selling to large organizations and managing multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
