CIG Motors Company Limited is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive vehicle sales and revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments. This senior-level role suits a results-driven professional who can independently manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals while representing the brand professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct vehicle sales across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key corporate and government clients.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and documentation in line with company policies.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automobile sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated experience handling B2C, B2B, and B2G sales independently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and target-driven.
  • Ability to manage complex deals and strategic accounts independently.
