A results-driven Sales Manager is needed to drive vehicle sales and revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments. This role is suited for a senior sales professional capable of independently managing the full sales cycle, building strategic client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The position plays a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening brand visibility within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive vehicle sales across B2C, B2B, and B2G markets to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and delivery
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for prospective clients
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and required sales documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance, and logistics for seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automobile sales with proven target achievement
- Experience handling B2C, B2B, and B2G sales independently
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Highly self-motivated, strategic, and target-driven
- Ability to manage complex deals and high-value accounts independently
