Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
