As its presence in the United States continues to expand, HyLogic is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution, sales operations, and leadership activities in a fast-growing consulting environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Create polished, executive-ready presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
• Manage and grow HyLogic’s LinkedIn presence while supporting digital marketing initiatives
• Develop visual marketing content and branded collateral for sales and thought leadership
• Plan, coordinate, and support industry events, conferences, and client workshops
• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, anticipating needs and managing priorities
• Support the development and improvement of sales operations processes as the firm scales

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, sales support, or a similar hybrid role
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides, with experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Proven experience managing events or multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand complex IT solutions and technical concepts, and translate them into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
• High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail
