Job Description
An established company in the luxury retail and fashion industry is currently recruiting for the role of an Online Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue through lead generation, customer engagement, and effective sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various online platforms
- Build and manage relationships with potential and existing customers
- Promote products and enhance brand visibility through strategic sales efforts
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
