Ekris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen its nationwide sales and marketing operations. The role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of the Nigerian FMCG industry, including traditional open markets, organized retail, and modern trade channels.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, proven experience managing multi-location sales teams, and the ability to execute innovative, cost-effective market activation strategies that drive product visibility, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Retail Trade, and Trade Marketing divisions.
- Supervise and coordinate high-performing teams, including Key Account Executives, Retail Trade teams, Modern Trade Executives, and Trade Marketing/B2B Executives.
- Drive nationwide product penetration and sales growth through Territory Sales Directors (TSDs) and Sales Representatives (SRs) across multiple Nigerian regions.
- Develop and execute creatively frugal market activation campaigns that improve brand visibility and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the Sales Data Analyst to evaluate sales trends, optimize distribution channels, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage trade marketing and B2B sales pipelines to ensure consistent stock movement and strong customer retention.
- Monitor field sales activities across Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Kwara, Ekiti, Ondo, Abuja, Kaduna, Edo, Delta, Port Harcourt, Bayelsa, Calabar, Enugu, and Owerri.
- Implement data-driven sales strategies that support business expansion and long-term revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or professional certification such as NIMN will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive FMCG sales experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multi-location sales teams within Nigeria.
- Strong experience in traditional open market sales and organized retail/supermarket chain management.
- Proven ability to execute high-impact, low-cost market activation campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with experience interpreting sales data for business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive FMCG environment.
Salary
- N1,000,000 – N1,200,000 monthly
