Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote company products/services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of products and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
