Salary: ₦70,000 base + ₦60,000 transport & airtime allowance + commission
Experience: Sales experience in beverages, FMCG, or alcohol industry preferred
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the alcoholic beverage industry? A leading distillery is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive product sales, expand distribution channels, and build strong customer relationships across Lagos. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including distributors, retail stores, bars, hotels, and restaurants.
- Promote and sell the distillery’s product range to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Conduct tastings, presentations, and promotional events to boost brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure timely order delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the beverage, FMCG, or alcohol industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage market and distribution channels.
- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Bonus Skills:
- Existing relationships with retailers, bars, or distributors in Lagos.
- Experience using sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
