Sales Specialist – Remote
Salary: N450,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into paying customers for our B2B SaaS platform.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue goals by closing deals effectively.
- Client Acquisition: Secure at least 200 new paying clients each quarter, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Adjust strategies to align with market demands and ensure steady growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management strategies.
- Education: University degree in a relevant field.
