Sales Specialist at FOCALE
Job Description
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Introduction:
FOCALE, a subsidiary of Precise Lighting, is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to help expand its presence in the lighting solutions market. This role involves driving field sales of lighting fixtures to contractors and retailers within the Ajah–Awoyaya axis. Ideal for candidates with a strong FMCG or B2B sales background and a passion for closing high-volume deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch to, and close wholesale opportunities with contractors and retail clients
- Meet and exceed personal sales and revenue targets through field prospecting
- Conduct on-site demos and activations to showcase lighting solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms for bulk lighting purchases
- Submit detailed field activity and sales performance reports
- Track competitors and gather relevant market intelligence
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or B2B environments
- Must reside within the Ajah–Awoyaya Axis (proximity to Sangotedo required)
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals independently
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and strong self-motivation
- Background in lighting, building materials, or interior-related products is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools or field reporting platforms
