Job Description

A reputable financial services provider is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and grow its Asset Creation unit. The successful candidate will oversee the sales process, mentor team members, and drive customer acquisition and loan disbursement while ensuring consistent credit inflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Consumer Credit team.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve individual and group sales targets.
  • Develop strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to support product development and process improvement.
  • Ensure timely and effective disbursement of loans while maintaining credit risk standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a first degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products, preferably in consumer lending.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and growing a territory.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications are an added advantage.
