School Director Needed

St. Maria Goretti International High School, a prestigious institution committed to providing quality education, seeks a dynamic and experienced School Director to join our leadership team. This is a full-time role based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, with resumption scheduled for January 2025.

Salary: N350,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Work Mode: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school, ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures to foster a positive learning environment.
3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of teaching and non-teaching staff.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community, to achieve the school’s mission and goals.
5. Manage the school’s financial and administrative operations in line with approved budgets.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience as a school principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and maintain high academic standards.
• Advanced degree in Education or related field is preferred.
