Location: Independence Avenue, Abuja
Salary: ₦150,000
A highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary is needed to provide administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Assist in coordinating office operations and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
