Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative skills? Join our dynamic team as a Secretary and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure the office is well-equipped and supplies are adequately stocked.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
