Job Description

Cobranet Limited is hiring a Senior Account Management Officer to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to maintain client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support business retention strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions based on client needs and objectives.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and escalations professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate and resolve customer-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase business revenue.
  • Conduct proactive customer survey calls and maintain regular client engagement.
  • Monitor account performance and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Support customer retention and win-back strategies for inactive or dissatisfied clients.

Requirements

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
