Job Description

An experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager is required to join a high-performing sales and account management team in the South East region. This field-based role focuses on managing an existing portfolio of mid-value clients while actively identifying and securing high-value new business opportunities. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing solutions and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Salary: £40,000 base + £22,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with annual spend ranging from £5,000 to £12,000
  • Oversee account values totaling approximately £1 million annually
  • Retain and expand existing client relationships while meeting quarterly growth targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new high-value digital marketing opportunities
  • Sell a full suite of digital solutions including PPC, SEO, social media, websites, and reputation management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop tailored advertising strategies aligned with client goals and budget thresholds

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling high-value digital marketing solutions
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • High level of resilience, discipline, and self-motivation
  • Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing market trends
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and access to a vehicle
