Glovo Nigeria is hiring a Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with top-tier partners. This role combines strategic account management, data analytics, and commercial execution to drive long-term growth and profitability across key accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the 360° business performance of top partners and the company’s operations in Nigeria
- Understand partners’ objectives and challenges to provide strategic guidance and actionable solutions
- Analyze data to improve growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Develop and execute long-term strategies across growth, promotions, advertising, and operations
- Drive revenue growth through commission renegotiation and asset sales
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, and Customer Service to deliver tailored partner solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, converting them into preferred partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Account Management or core business development
- Background in startups, top consulting firms, or leading tech companies is an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of additional data analysis tools is beneficial
- Proven ability to sell value-driven solutions to partners and customers
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent commercial, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, assertiveness, and bias for action
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-growing, high-performance environment
