Job Description
AIM Consultants Limited is recruiting for a qualified Senior Accountant to manage and supervise accounting operations. This role requires a high level of precision, integrity, and the ability to lead financial reporting processes, analyze accounting data, and support audits. Ideal candidates should be highly experienced in accounting practices and capable of delivering accurate financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead general ledger operations, including reconciliations and journal postings.
- Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare relevant filings such as VAT and income tax.
- Provide audit support by preparing necessary financial documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) certification is mandatory.
- At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior-level role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Orion) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Industry experience in manufacturing or IT is an added advantage.
