A reputable organization is looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Admin & Logistics Executive to manage and oversee administrative operations. The role requires strong leadership, facilities coordination, and process optimization to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
- Supervise administrative staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
- Coordinate facility management, maintenance, and security needs
- Support senior management with reports, documentation, and internal communication
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of proven experience in administration or office management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
