A reputable NGO in Lekki is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Admin Manager to lead its administrative operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a solid background in administration, project coordination, and basic financial management within the development sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate events, logistics, procurement, and vendor relations
- Maintain organizational files, records, and databases in compliance with data protection regulations
- Handle budget tracking, basic bookkeeping, and monthly account reconciliation
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and support internal communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within an NGO
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic accounting tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
