A reputable tech services company is hiring an experienced Senior AI Training Specialist to support advanced AI model development and optimization. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience on AI training and data annotation platforms, capable of improving model accuracy through structured data workflows and prompt engineering.

Job Responsibilities

  • Train and enhance AI models through data labeling, annotation, and evaluation
  • Review and rate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality
  • Optimize prompts and responses to improve overall AI performance
  • Follow structured guidelines and frameworks to maintain consistency in outputs
  • Perform text annotation, classification, and content moderation tasks
  • Rank and evaluate model responses based on predefined criteria

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on AI training or data annotation platforms such as Outlier, Remotasks, DataAnnotation, Appen, or similar
  • Strong understanding of AI model behavior, training workflows, and evaluation processes
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and consistency in task execution
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a functional computer

Mandatory Requirement (Important)

  • Verifiable experience on AI training platforms is required
  • Proof of work must be provided (dashboard screenshots, task history, payment records, or references)
  • Applications without proof of experience will not be considered

Remuneration

  • Potential to earn up to N500,000 or more, depending on availability and performance
