Job Description

Pulse Nigeria is hiring a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director to lead the visual development of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a strong background in motion graphics, and can deliver impactful visual storytelling across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for digital campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to align visuals with project objectives.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and video content that reflect brand identity.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas and creative direction.
• Guide and mentor junior creatives to ensure consistent visual standards.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in art direction, preferably within a digital agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
