Phreesia is hiring a Senior Associate Producer (Senior Associate Project Manager) to join its Network Solutions team. This role focuses on managing digital point-of-care campaigns from kickoff to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving processes to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of assigned digital campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Oversee timelines, documentation, reviews, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with teams across Client Solutions, Client Experience, Creative, Engineering, Product, and QA to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend workflow improvements, and contribute to the development of SOPs and internal playbooks.
- Develop expertise in specific platforms, campaign types, or production tools to strengthen team operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of project or campaign management experience, preferably within a creative or media agency.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
- Proactive problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities with a solutions-first mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, or Ziflow.
- Willingness to travel for client and team meetings (approximately 10% annually).
- Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical brands is a strong plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary for U.S. candidates: $80,000–$90,000, depending on qualifications.
