QIMA is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to support its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about AI-powered design tools, streamlined workflows, and delivering high-impact visuals at speed. The successful candidate will work across global teams to strengthen brand consistency and translate complex concepts into compelling visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality visual assets for digital, social media, web, and print platforms aligned with brand guidelines
• Utilize AI-powered design tools and automation to enhance productivity and creative output
• Translate technical and service-related concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to iterate and refine creative ideas
• Maintain and evolve brand templates, visual systems, and design libraries for scalable production
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and AI innovations
• Ensure consistency of the QIMA logo and broader brand identity across all channels
Requirements
• 4–7 years of professional design experience, preferably within global or technology-driven organizations
• Strong expertise in brand and visual design with the ability to align creative work to business objectives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools such as Midjourney and DALL·E
• Experience designing multi-channel campaigns, web assets, and video content
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional and regional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• A portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, efficient production processes, and AI-assisted design work
• Experience executing global brand designs with cultural sensitivity
