Job Description
Primeguage Solutions Limited is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Business Analyst to support software development projects by bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation. This full-time role in Abuja is ideal for a candidate with experience in IT consulting, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into structured deliverables such as user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment and timely delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Support client engagement, solution scoping, risk assessment, and proposal development.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s is an advantage).
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in a business analysis role within IT consulting or custom software environments.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with SDLC.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, or MS Project.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or CSM are preferred.
