Location: Lekki, Lagos State
Salary: ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,200,000 monthly
A fast-paced organization in Lekki is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support top-level executives. This role demands strong multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documentation.
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle project tracking, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of executive offices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
