Location: Victoria Island & Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 monthly

Job Overview:
Atis Limited is seeking two experienced professionals to join its team as Senior Facilities Supervisors in Victoria Island and Ikoyi. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in facilities management, particularly in managing residential apartments, and a background in technical operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising facility activities, coordinating maintenance efforts, and ensuring optimal performance of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential facilities to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams for repairs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance work.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all facility-related tasks are completed within schedule and budget.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare reports on facility conditions, including recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and track the performance of facility systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Structural Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 7–9 years of relevant industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; must be highly accurate with calculations.
  • Proven ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience in residential apartment management.
  • Sound technical knowledge of facility systems and must be proficient with IT tools and platforms.
