Senior Finance Officer Needed at a Microfinance Bank

Are you a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in banking and a passion for financial excellence? We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join our Microfinance Bank. If you have expertise in bank reconciliation, auditing, and financial management, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the bank’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and audits to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the bank’s performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with all financial policies and standards.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Chartered Accountant (ICAN certification required).
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within a Microfinance or Commercial Bank.
• Proven expertise in bank reconciliation and auditing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
