Working Hours: Overlap required 12:00–21:00 (UTC+2)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to align on goals, gather requirements, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate technical approaches, discuss tradeoffs, and recommend optimal solutions to complex challenges.
  • Develop and refine services and tools, ensuring high-quality implementation, performance, and scalability.
  • Partner with product managers and technical experts to define, build, and release new features that enhance user experience.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize system efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React and Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of RESTful and/or GraphQL API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Proven experience in developing products from launch to maturity with focus on scalability and user-centric improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Nice to Have:

  • Mobile development experience with React Native.
