Job Description:
The Smiths Group, a leading company in the hospitality sector, is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee and drive its human resources operations. This role involves managing all core HR functions while aligning the HR strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of building a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related issues
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role
- CIPM certification is mandatory
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
