Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦350,000 gross/month + Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
Type: Full-time

A reputable organization in Lagos is seeking a qualified Senior HR Officer to manage compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, experienced in HR operations and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry regulations
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS and other digital tools
  • Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement in HR compliance processes
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to implement HR best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience focused on compensation, benefits, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft Office 365
  • CIPM certification is an added advantage
  • Candidates must currently reside in Lagos
