Job Description

Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited is seeking a Senior Human Capital Management Associate to oversee end-to-end HR operations with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. The role requires implementing effective HR strategies across recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and compliance with labor laws, while leading a team of HR analysts to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with labor laws.
  • Execute performance management systems, coordinate appraisals, and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Address employee relations issues, foster engagement, and ensure effective exit processes.
  • Lead and mentor HR analysts, promoting a collaborative and high-performing HR team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR professional certification is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in industries such as Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial Services, FMCG, Infrastructure, or Utilities is preferred.
  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
