Job Description
An established organization in Enugu is looking for a qualified Senior Human Resources Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional passionate about driving effective HR practices and fostering a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and support HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
