The company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning (ML) Ops professional to support international AI projects by managing machine learning infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Manage the complete machine learning lifecycle, including model training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
  • Automate machine learning workflows and CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, model accuracy, and system health across different environments.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for version control, model governance, and reproducibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and operational requirements.
  • Stay updated on emerging ML Ops technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in Machine Learning Operations, DevOps, or related technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of ML deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, model monitoring, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
