A reputable financial advisory firm in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its Audit & Assurance team. If you have a strong background in auditing and assurance, and are looking for a challenging leadership role, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Audit Engagements: Lead and manage audit engagements with top-tier clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Management: Oversee a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in audit automation, financial analysis, and risk management to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional Certification: ICAN/ACCA membership and a (link unavailable) (minimum 2nd Class Honours) in a relevant field.
  • Work Experience: At least 6 years of experience in reputable firms, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Mastery of IAS, IFRS, ISAs, and regulatory pronouncements.
  • Leadership Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams.
