About the Role:

A dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Communications & Public Affairs is needed to lead strategic communication efforts and manage corporate reputation in a leading oil and gas company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, innovation, and driving impactful communication campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance corporate image and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and manage complex communication projects across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Translate technical content into compelling stories for diverse audiences, supporting business goals.
• Monitor evolving communication trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Act as the company’s spokesperson and manage media relations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial communications role.
• Strong background in public affairs, corporate communications, or marketing, preferably within a blue-chip organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven storytelling and essay writing ability.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with telecommunications, innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Charismatic, confident, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
