A leading telecommunications company is recruiting for the role of Senior Manager – Finance Services and Control Commercial. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing financial activities, providing critical support for planning, reporting, and control processes across various business divisions (excluding Network Group). This position requires strong leadership, business partnering, and cross-functional collaboration to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial strategies, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning across business divisions.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of OPEX and CAPEX reports to support effective decision-making.
• Lead the Finance Shared Services team and participate in divisional management meetings.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensure compliance with financial controls, and guide divisional spending.

Requirements:

• A first degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is required.
• An MBA is an added advantage.
• 9 to 17 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 to 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience across multiple geographies and in financial systems improvement projects is beneficial.
