Astral Trail is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, System and Technology to lead it’s technology and systems operations within the oil and gas sector. This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about digital transformation, emerging technologies, and system optimization. You will play a key role in driving innovation, managing IT infrastructure, and overseeing critical projects that impact business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, software applications, and infrastructure.
- Oversee ERP systems, financial applications, and database administration to support business operations.
- Manage complex technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in system administration, digital transformation, software development, networking, and infrastructure management.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle complex, large-scale projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database administration, and financial application systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, software programming, and telecommunications systems is required.
