Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee its Telecoms operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, enhancing network utilization, coordinating site operations, and driving vendor relations. This role requires a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and extensive Telecoms operations experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of telecoms-related activities and field engineers
- Coordinate fuelling, servicing, and maintenance of generator sets across sites
- Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Monitor network site performance and implement strategic plans to improve revenue and uptime
- Ensure timely preparation, submission, and follow-up on operational and clearance forms
- Conduct periodic site visits and supervise mobile generator deployment
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant discipline
- 10–15 years of experience in Telecoms operations management
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven record of improving processes and managing cross-functional teams
