Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated, a leading financial technology company, is hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to design and develop scalable, high-performing mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-platform mobile development and experience delivering robust apps that align with modern design and architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build sophisticated, scalable applications using Flutter.
• Develop custom Flutter packages integrating native Android and iOS functionalities.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Maintain app performance through efficient data queries and architecture (MVC/MVVM).
• Collaborate with project managers and QA specialists to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and smooth deployment.
• Ensure app and backend security, resolve bugs, and perform system optimizations.
• Document code, maintain version control via Git, and support continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years combined mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in Flutter for Android, iOS, and web development.
• Experience with Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with Figma for design implementation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects (to be provided upon request).

Nice to Have: Experience with Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Dart, or native Android/iOS development.
