Senior Operations Manager (Restaurant & Lounge) – Lagos
Job Description
A leading hospitality brand, King Fisher Africa Limited, is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its restaurant and lounge in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations across both front and back of house functions
- Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain service excellence
- Monitor inventory, quality control, and scheduling to ensure seamless workflow
- Analyze sales performance, control costs, and develop strategies to increase profitability
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain stock levels and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Proven knowledge of financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with restaurant safety and compliance standards
