A Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of Lighting Analysts Inc. (LAI) software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for LAI lighting software, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality lighting software solutions
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely, predictable product releases
- Engage customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive product adoption
- Utilize data, analytics, and AI tools to support research, decision-making, and product planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software product management, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience applying AI tools in research, market analysis, and product management activities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined execution and effective time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with illumination predictive modeling and lighting calculations
- Familiarity with lighting industry standards and regulatory requirements
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, bonus-eligible position. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, location, and job responsibilities.
