Job Description

Serving over 16,000 global customers, Revalize is backed by TA Associates and Hg and focuses on transforming data into opportunity across the manufacturing value chain.  A Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of Lighting Analysts Inc. (LAI) software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for LAI lighting software, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality lighting software solutions
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely, predictable product releases
  • Engage customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive product adoption
  • Utilize data, analytics, and AI tools to support research, decision-making, and product planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software product management, preferably in B2B environments
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience applying AI tools in research, market analysis, and product management activities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined execution and effective time management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with illumination predictive modeling and lighting calculations
  • Familiarity with lighting industry standards and regulatory requirements

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, bonus-eligible position. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, location, and job responsibilities.
