We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Owner to lead the development and ongoing improvement of our product. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing customer and business requirements, and aligning the product with the company’s strategic vision. Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Agile Development Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to define, develop, and deliver product features while maintaining a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Customer and Market Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to identify new opportunities and prioritize enhancements.
- Strategic Alignment: Work cross-functionally to ensure product strategies align with business goals and drive long-term success.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a product management role, preferably within the fintech domain.
- Skills: Proven expertise in agile software development, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with financial services and the ability to engage with technical teams effectively.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work across departments and lead cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
