Short Description:
mDoc Healthcare is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead and optimize the company’s hiring processes across clinical, operational, and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of inclusive recruitment practices, and the ability to support rapid growth in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic hiring initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership to align recruitment with organizational goals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Improve candidate experience and represent the organization’s culture and mission
- Train and support hiring managers on structured and inclusive interview practices
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, operations, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 6–10+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in health or social enterprise settings
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across various functions including clinical and tech
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse), sourcing strategies, and talent branding
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Additional Preferences:
- Experience hiring at scale in healthcare or tech sectors
- Familiarity with the West African or broader global talent market
- Strong project management skills and comfort with digital tools
