Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and convert enterprise prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, addressing client needs with tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in the business software industry.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions, sales methodologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Technical background or experience in B2B/cloud solution sales is an added advantage.
