A reputable organization is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals while building lasting business relationships. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales, skilled in consultative selling, and eager to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and convert enterprise prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, addressing client needs with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline analyses.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in the business software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions, sales methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Technical background or experience in B2B/cloud solution sales is an added advantage.
